จากการตีความลักษณะนิสัยเก้าแบบของมนุษย์(นพลักษณ์) ขยายความต่อยอดเป็นคาแรกเตอร์หลักเก้าตัว ทั้งเก้าร่วมกันสร้างเรื่องราวยิ่งใหญ่ของการเดินทาง ความสัมพันธ์ การต่อสู้ และการเชื่อมโยงประวัติศาสตร์กับวิถีทางของมนุษย์ในอดีต ปัจจุบันและอนาคต … สู่ปฐมบทของมหากาพย์แห่งโลกยุคใหม่ชื่อว่า NEOTHAICIVILIZATION … พบกับการผจญภัยของเพลิง ตัวละครเอกที่จะบอกเล่าเรื่องราวและความเป็นมาของโลกอนาคตนี้ผ่านการเดินทางและการโคจรมาพบกันของตัวละครต่าง ๆ ไปจนถึงการเผชิญหน้าของสองตัวเอกที่จะนำไปสู่การประหัตประหารกันในที่สุด

Through the interpretation of the nine personality traits of humans, they became the main characters of this series of artworks. Together, they create an epic story of their journey, relations, fighting, and the connection of history with the ways of humans in the past, present, and future… To the first chapter of the epic of the new world called “NEOTHAICIVILIZATION”… Meet the adventure of “Fire Boy (the achiever)”, the lead character who will tell the story and history of the future world through the journey and also the encounter of all characters until the confrontation of the two protagonists that will eventually lead to the battle.
NEOTHAICIVILIZATION เรื่องราวจินตนาการเกิดขึ้น ณ ประเทศไทยในอนาคต ในโลกหลังยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ล่มสลาย(Dystopia) ในภาคแรกนี้ “เพลิง” ตัวละครเอกคือคนที่เกิดขึ้นมาในโลกใหม่และสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลของโลกเก่าได้ เขาเริ่มออกเดินทางเพื่อสืบค้นว่าเหตุการณ์อะไรที่ทำให้คนหายไป เกิดการค้นพบการผจญภัยต่าง ๆ จนถึงการปรากฎของตัวละครอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งซึ่งมีแนวความคิดว่าอยากจะรื้อฟื้นวิทยาการที่เคยรุ่งเรืองในอดีตกลับมา ทำให้เกิดการเผชิญหน้าพร้อมกับคำถามโต้แย้งจากอีกฝ่ายว่า วิทยาการและวิธีการเหล่านั้นใช่สาเหตุของการที่เราต้องมาเริ่มต้นใหม่กันในวันนี้หรือไม่ โดยมีการดำเนินเรื่องไล่เรียงล้อไปกับไทม์ไลน์ประวัติศาสตร์โลก เริ่มตั้งแต่อดีตคือ ยุคหิน จนถึงช่วงก่อนการปะทุของสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่ง ผ่านภาพวาดสีอะคริลิคบนผ้าใบกว่ายี่สิบภาพ ประกอบกับการจำลองฉากและพื้นที่เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศโลกดิสโทเปียแบบ NEOTHAICIVILIZATION รวมถึงเจาะลึกซีนการครอบครองแขนเหล็กวิเศษของ “เพลิง” ผ่านประติมากรรมบรอนซ์และไฟเบอร์อีกด้วย

NEOTHAICIVILIZATION, the imaginary situation occurred in Thailand in the future after the globalization era apocalypse (dystopia). In the first chapter, “Fire Boy (the achiever)”, who is the lead character, was born in the new world, but he could access the history that happened in the past. He began his journey to find out what happened and why people had disappeared. Adventures were situated until the appearance of another group of characters who had the idea of reviving technology that had flourished in the past. The confrontation and question from another side were raised. Are those technologies and methodologies the reason we have to start over today? The story has continued alongside the world history timeline from the Stone Age until the period before the outbreak of World War I. These stories are manifested through 20 paintings, the exhibition set up, and the surroundings to create the NEOTHAICIVILIZATION dystopian world atmosphere. Moreover, to emphasize the scene of “Fire Boy’s” possession of the magical iron arm through bronze and fiberglass sculptures.
นิทรรศการครั้งนี้เกิดจากการตั้งคำถามถึงโลกปัจจุบันและอารยธรรมที่มีมาในอดีต การขึ้นไปสู่จุดสูงสุดและเดินทางสู่จุดล่มสลาย โลกปัจจุบันนี้ โลกอนาคตของเรา มันจะเดินทางไปสู่จุดสูงสุดต่อ หรือกำลังจะเดินทางไปสู่การล่มสลาย ร่วมจินตนาการถึงโลกในอนาคต หลังจากยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ล่มสลาย โลกจะมีหน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร การเกิดมนุษย์ยุคใหม่ขึ้นมาเป็นเช่นไร?

This solo exhibition came from the question of the present world and the civilization that existed in the past, which reached the top and declined to the point of collapse. Our world right now and our future world are continuing to reach the top or low point. Let’s imagine the world in the future after the end of globalization together. What is it going to look like? How will people in the new world be?
มาร่วมเดินทางหาคำตอบถึงโลกอารยธรรมใหม่นี้ไปด้วยกันกับนิทรรศการแสดงเดี่ยว NEOTHAICIVILIZATION โดยศิลปิน KNN.FIVE ภายในงานจะได้พบกับผลงานจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรม ภาพพิมพ์ และผลงานสุดพิเศษที่จะบอกเล่าเรื่องราวของโลกยุคใหม่และการผจญภัยของตัวละครต่าง ๆ จำนวนกว่า 30 ชิ้น อีกทั้งของที่ระลึกน่าสะสมและกิจกรรมมากมาย ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั้งสองชั้นของ Joyman Gallery … ขอเชิญทุกท่านร่วมงานเปิดนิทรรศการในวันที่ 13 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 17:00 น. เป็นต้นไป นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 13 มกราคม ถึง 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ณ Joyman Gallery กรุงเทพฯ

We would like to invite you to be a part of this journey in this solo exhibition, NEOTHAICIVILIZATION by the artist KNN.FIVE. In the exhibition, you will see the thirty pieces of paintings, sculptures, art prints and special pieces that will express the new world and the journeys of nine characters, a gift shop, and activities on both floors of Joyman Gallery, Bangkok.
